Hi! I'm Giovana Ribeiro, an Animation Production Coordinator from Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brazil, with a bachelor's degree in Film and Audiovisual.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside multidisciplinary teams, supporting productions by coordinating workflows, tracking progress, facilitating communication between departments, and helping creative teams stay focused on what they do best.

I believe great production is built on empathy, clear communication, and trust. My goal is to create an environment where artists and supervisors have the support they need to deliver their best work while projects stay organized and moving forward.

I'm naturally curious and always eager to learn more about the animation pipeline. I enjoy understanding how different departments connect, improving production processes, and finding practical solutions to everyday challenges.

Whether I'm coordinating schedules, organizing information, or helping teams overcome obstacles, I strive to bring calm, clarity, and a positive attitude to every production I'm part of.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring design, photography, traveling, and discovering creative inspiration in everyday life. I believe these experiences help me bring a fresh perspective and genuine enthusiasm to every project

my career:

I specialize in 3D animation and have coordinated multiple departments, including LookDev, Rigging, Animation, Fur/Groom, CG, Modeling, VFX, and Compositing.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience across different areas of the audiovisual industry: I worked as a Production Assistant at Hype Animation in partnership with Mauricio de Sousa Produções (on the award-winning series Vamos Brincar com a Turma da Mônica). I also have over 5 years of experience as a Video Editor and Social Media Specialist in agencies such as Eleva and Ampliar, and as an Audiovisual Technician at Itaipu Parquetec. In addition, I have worked with wedding video production and editing alongside Teddy Almeida, developing a refined sense of narrative and visual aesthetics.

I have worked in Art Direction and beauty assistance for audiovisual projects, with highlights including serving as Art Director for the award-winning film Ontem lembrei de minha mãe, as Beauty Assistant for Cinco Julias — written and directed by Matheus Souza, and produced and distributed by Elo Studios, and as Art Director and Writer for my undergraduate thesis, Os Relatos das Grandes Águas, an award-winning fiction podcast inspired by the legend of the Iguazu Falls. These experiences broadened my visual and creative repertoire.

My focus today is on continuing to lead 3D animation and audiovisual projects, exploring new visual languages and telling stories that generate social and cultural impact.
